We are pleased to introduce Altermaind as a new member of the AI Network Advisory Board. This technology company, specialized in artificial intelligence, model governance, and digital transformation, aims to simplify complexity and help organizations unlock the true potential of AI and cloud technologies while maintaining the highest standards of governance.

Despite being a relatively young company, Altermaind has a team with extensive experience in financial and corporate environments, enabling them to precisely address the real challenges of adopting AI in complex and highly regulated organizations.

Their approach is based on an integrated ecosystem that combines products and services designed to accelerate time-to-value and reduce risk. On one hand, they offer proprietary technology platforms covering the entire AI lifecycle—from governance to execution and measurement—and on the other, specialized services that support organizations from strategic planning to the daily operation of AI solutions in production.

During their participation in a recent AI Directors Session XVI, Altermaind highlighted one of today’s main challenges: managing the growing ecosystem of AI models within organizations. As the adoption of generative AI accelerates, it becomes essential to have tools that allow scaling usage without losing control, visibility, or efficiency.

In

this context, they presented Gravity, their governance platform designed as a true AI operating system for enterprises. This solution centralizes management, ensures regulatory compliance, controls costs, and guarantees traceability throughout the entire AI model lifecycle. It also includes a use-case marketplace that helps organizations discover, implement, and scale AI solutions in a controlled way.

They also highlighted Aurora, a visual tool that allows teams to create AI agents easily, bringing these capabilities to different departments within the organization. The goal is clear: democratize access to AI and encourage experimentation without requiring advanced technical knowledge.

A key aspect of their approach is the ability to act as an intermediary layer between multiple technology providers, allowing companies to work with different models—such as those from OpenAI, Google, or Microsoft—without creating dependency on a single provider. This approach provides flexibility and supports more strategic decision-making.

Beyond technology, Altermaind emphasizes the importance of cultural change as a fundamental element for AI success. According to the company, training, collaboration between teams, and alignment with business objectives are key factors for achieving real and sustainable AI adoption.

Ultimately, Altermaind’s vision reinforces an essential idea: the real challenge of artificial intelligence is not just developing it, but integrating it effectively, safely, and aligned with business strategy, allowing organizations to innovate quickly without losing control.
